Tennis Quotient Terms of Use

Effective October 26, 2026 (version 1.1)

The short version: Tennis Quotient is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Comparing two players needs a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

License

Your use of Tennis Quotient is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the details of the subscription.

What the subscription unlocks

Searching players and seeing each player's value need no subscription. Comparing two players (Cohen's d, Hedges' g, the confidence interval and Show your work) needs the monthly subscription.

Introductory trial

New subscribers may be offered a one-week introductory trial. The App Store shows whether you are eligible, how long the trial lasts and the monthly price that follows before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts at the monthly price shown and your Apple Account is charged when the trial ends. Each Apple Account can use the introductory trial only once.

Auto-renewal, billing and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends if you started with a trial.
The subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; comparisons stay unlocked until the end of the period you paid for.
The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you subscribe, in your local currency.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). If Apple refunds a purchase, comparisons lock again.
Restore Purchases, on the subscription screen and the Data tab, unlocks the app on a new install or another device signed in to the same Apple Account.

The numbers in the app

Tennis Quotient summarizes past match results. It is for information and interest only. It is not betting, financial or professional advice, and past results don't guarantee future ones.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. The app collects no personal information.
